All new students learn in a safe intro class learning the foundations to ensure self-defense is not intimidating.

Our one of a kind “Lean and Mean” Xtreme Kickboxing class is the fun way to look leaner, feel healthier, and gain some impressive new skills while losing weight and gaining strength. Each class involves fun fitness games, partnering heavy bags and education to reach your personal goals so it’s never boring. Our unique combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercise can be modified to your level of fitness so your experience is like a private class.

We make fitness fun with games, competitions and spicing things up so things don’t get boring.

Our programs are unlike traditional Japanese martial arts, karate, judo, jujutsu, kendo, kemp or taekwondo.
